Are your products really handmade? Yes — every item is made by hand, many in small batches or made to order. That means slight natural variation from piece to piece, which we consider a feature, not a flaw.

Will my item look exactly like the photo? Very close, but because our pieces are handmade from natural materials, small variations in color, texture, or knotting are normal and part of what makes each piece unique.

Do you offer personalization or monogramming? Yes! Many of our linen and textile pieces can be personalized with initials or a monogram. Look for the "Personalize" option on the product page, or email us for custom requests.

How long will my order take to arrive? Please allow [3–7 business days] for handmade processing, plus [5–8 business days] for standard shipping. Custom and personalized pieces may take a bit longer.

Do you ship internationally? Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only.
